RUGER LCP II LITE 22LR 2.75IN 10+1

I have owned Ruger LCP’s in .380 since they first were introduced. I’ve owned an original LCP, then a LCP Custom, a LCP II and an LCP Max. Every single LCP has been reliable and each rendition was easier to shoot accurately. With the cost and scarcity of .380 ammo, the LCP II in .22 lr seemed to arrive just on time. It too is reliable and accurate and is so fun to shoot. It has quickly become a favorite pistol to shoot.And to my surprise, it is the most accurate LCP ever.

Works well with round nose ammo. Aguila Super Extra and CCI high velocity rounds. Over 300 rounds fired and 3 failure to feed. Tried others and alot mis feeds. Must keep it clean. Great deal through range USA.

Light. Easy to carry. Tested with cci ammo. 99% works fine. Aim is not very accurate but this is microcompact gun.. so fine. Highly recommend getting the reloading gadget.

Great little gun but don't run the cheap stuff through it or it will jam because they lack the high energy necessary to consistently chamber another round. Use high velocity ammo greater that 1400 FPS. +P of anything and you won't have to worry about jams. AGUILA AMMO .22 LR SUPER MAX 30GR LEAD ROUND NOSE is flawless and an honorable mention to AGUILA AMMO .22 LR INTERCEPTOR 40gr Lead RN which are hollow points. With this sort of ammo I believe this gun could function as carry weapon.

I thought this would be a fun gun and indeed it is. Unfortunately, it’s been terribly unreliable. Many failures to extract and light strikes. I’m sending it back to Ruger for their inspection. Hope it makes a difference because when it works, it is a fun gun.
